Scaled Professional Scrum

Scale Scrum Beyond a Single Team

Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) with the Nexus Framework is a 2-day course designed for anyone involved in building software products with multiple teams learn how they can scale product delivery and Scrum.

Within the Nexus Framework, a Nexus is comprised of approximately three to nine Scrum Teams dedicated to building a single software product while a Nexus+ enables larger scale development with multiple Nexus’s.

The SPS course is delivered with an end-to-end case study where you’ll work together with other students on a simulated software development project using the Nexus Framework. You’ll learn the infrastructure, tools and practices needed to successfully scale Scrum and maximize the value of your software development initiatives. You’ll also learn the challenges in large-scale development initiatives and solutions for successfully meeting them.

After participating in this class, you'll receive credentials to attempt the SPS assessment and earn the industry-recognized SPS Certification.  Earning your SPS Certification makes you part of an elite community of 3,000+ SPS badge holders from around the globe and unlike other Scrum training and certification organizations, your certification will never expire nor require future renewal fees.
