Our Agile Essentials for Executives - Workshop Series helps leaders understand how agile teams work differently than traditional development teams. What are agile teams experiencing? How can management provide servant leadership?

You’ll learn how key agile principles and practices are applied in real agile teams. You’ll explore leadership concepts that have been proven effective in engaging agile teams and creating environments for higher performance and personal satisfaction. You’ll wrap up with identifying opportunities and challenges, then collaborating on steps that can increase organizational agility.
