• Your Scrum Team and AI: facilitating, teaching and brainstorming to improve Scrum Events, the Definition of Done and Product Ownership.  
• Your Organization and AI: exploring impact on roles and responsibilities.
• Security and Ethics.

Scrum.org Certification

After completing a PSPO-AI Essentials class, you'll have an opportunity to attempt the PSPO-AI Essentials assessment and earn the industry-recognized PSPO-AI Essentials Certification. Your assessment opportunity never expires. If you attempt the assessment within 2 weeks following class and don't receive a passing score, you'll be granted a 2nd attempt for no additional fee.

Earning your PSPO-AI Essentials Certification makes you part of an elite community of 2,500+ PSPO-AI Essentials badge holders from around the globe and unlike other Scrum training organizations, your certification will never expire or require future renewal fees.

Maarten Kossen

Professional Scrum Trainer and Enterprise Agile Coach, The Madison Henry Group

Maarten Kossen has been a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org since 2016 and an Enterprise Agile Coach since 2015. The clients he has worked with span a variety of industries including energy, finance, insurance, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and aerospace in companies ranging from the Fortune 100 to five person start-ups. Maarten is an experienced professional trainer and coach with a demonstrated history of connecting thousands of people with leaner, agile principles and practices.

Maarten began his career in software development, serving as an application developer and DevOps engineer. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from HU University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht, Netherlands.

When he’s not helping people and organizations realize the benefits of agile, Maarten enjoys traveling, rowing and can often be found at Starbucks.

PMI PDU Credits
Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim Project Management Institute (PMI) PDU credit: 14 PDUs after attending the two-day Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) course. Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for earning a Scrum.org certification. Students can claim PDUs under PMI’s "Education courses provided by other third party providers” category. You can claim your PDUs here.

Cancellation Policy
The Madison Henry Group accepts student substitutions or postponements for classes at any time. Student cancellations must be made via email. Madison Henry shall provide refunds for student cancellations as follows:

• Cancellation received more than 30 business days prior to the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee
• Cancellation received more than 20 business days prior to the first day of class = 75% refund of course fee
• Cancellation received more than 10 business days prior to the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee
• Cancellation received less than 10 business days prior to the first day of class = no refund provided
