One of the two stewards for Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) is Daniel Vacanti and he will be one of your two Professional Scrum Trainers for this class.
One of the two stewards for Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is Chuck Suscheck and he will be one of your two Professional Scrum Trainers for this class.
Learn to Increase Predictability & Efficiency in Product Delivery
Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) is a 2-day course that teaches Scrum Practitioners how to apply Kanban and optimize the flow of their work without compromising the core tenets of either Scrum or Kanban.
Through a combination of instruction, case studies, and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how enabling core Kanban practices can increase the predictability and efficiency of your product delivery. In addition, you’ll learn how tracking basic flow metrics can improve the effectiveness, visibility and transparency of your product development.
You’ll then experience the positive impact of introducing flow to Scrum’s Events (including inside and outside of Sprints) and the value of adding Kanban from the perspective of Scrum’s Roles.
Lastly, you’ll be introduced to how Kanban can be useful in solving core flow issues and evolving towards a continuous flow of delivery while benefitting from the structure of the Scrum Framework.
After participating in this class, you'll receive credentials to attempt the PSK I assessment and earn the industry-recognized PSK I Certification. Earning your PSK I Certification makes you part of an elite community of 1,600+ PSK I badge holders from around the globe and unlike other Scrum training and certification organizations, your certification will never expire nor require future renewal fees.
