Scrum.org Certification

After completing a Professional Scrum Master I course, you'll receive credentials to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment and earn the industry-recognized PSM I Certification.  These credentials never expire, however should you attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days after receiving your credentials and not receive a passing score, you'll be granted a 2nd attempt for no additional fee.

Dr. Charles "Chuck" Suscheck

Dr. Charles "Chuck" Suscheck is one of a select few Professional Scrum Trainers who is certified and regularly teaches Scrum.org’s entire curriculum, including Professional Scrum Foundations, Professional Scrum Master I and II, Professional Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Developer, Professional Scrum with Kanban and Scaled Professional Scrum.

As a Professional Scrum Trainer, Dr. Suscheck has trained thousands of students and consistently earned high class evaluation scores along with numerous recommendations. PMI PDU Credits
Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim Project Management Institute (PMI) PDU credit: 14 PDUs after attending the two-day Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF) course. Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for earning a Scrum.org certification. Students can claim PDUs under PMI’s "Education courses provided by other third party providers” category. You can claim your PDUs here.

Cancellation Policy
The Madison Henry Group accepts student substitutions or postponements for classes at any time. Student cancellations must be made via email. Madison Henry shall provide refunds for student cancellations as follows:

  • Cancellation received more than 30 business days prior to the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee
  • Cancellation received more than 20 business days prior to the first day of class = 75% refund of course fee
  • Cancellation received more than 10 business days prior to the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee
  • Cancellation received less than 10 business days prior to the first day of class = no refund provided

The Madison Henry Group reserves the right to postpone or cancel this class. Should a postponement or cancellation occur, you'll be notified no later than 10 business days prior to class. All registration payments will be refunded promptly or, if you prefer, applied to a future class.
