ATLANTA; December 21, 2006 – Peak IT Consulting Completes Initial Planning & Scoping Phase of Law Enforcement Information Management Initiative with Government Organization.
Peak IT has successfully completed managing the initial planning and scoping phase for an enterprise software initiative to transition information management functionality related to law enforcement, corrections, court administration and the related integration with state and national law enforcement agencies from mainframe technologies.
Applying Agile Software Development processes, Peak IT led the client in achieving milestones related to Business Functionality, Conceptual Design and Project Planning & Scoping over a 2 month engagement.
