Paul M. Aliff, Managing PartnerPaul M. Aliff leads Madison Henry’s Software Lifecycle Recruiting practice with over 17 years of experience in software consulting, recruiting and business development with industry leaders such as AGL Resources, Inc, Choicepoint, Inc. and Global Payments, Inc.

Before joining Madison Henry, Paul worked with a leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Custom Development where he helped build a $25 million emerging custom application development practice while earning numerous client and partner satisfaction honors, including Microsoft’s 2005 Southeast Partner of the Year.

Beginning his career with Dun & Bradstreet, Paul developed a strong foundation of business acumen and commitment to client satisfaction while progressing through direct and management roles in operations, software consulting and business development.

Paul is a graduate of the The Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Minor in Communication Studies.

Daniel H. Sloan, Managing PartnerDaniel H. Sloan leads Madison Henry’s Enterprise Application Project Management practice with over 15 years of consulting experience from managing and developing enterprise applications with global business leaders including Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Ernst & Young, LLP and Dell Computer Corporation.

Prior to joining Madison Henry, Daniel managed enterprise custom applications with clients of a leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Custom Development. During his time there, Daniel developed expertise on Microsoft’s development technologies along with leading Agile Software Development processes & methodologies to help clients successfully complete enterprise software initiatives.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Daniel began his career with IBM in software development.
