Paul M. Aliff, Managing PartnerPaul leads Madison Henry’s Management & Organizational Consulting Practice, having 20+ years of experience helping organizations align business strategies with enterprise information and software solutions with a focus on organizational development, change enablement and technology spend optimization.

Before co-founding Madison Henry in 2004, Paul helped build a $25 million consulting practice with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner while earning numerous client and partner satisfaction honors, including Microsoft’s Southeast Partner of the Year.

Beginning his career with Dun & Bradstreet, Paul developed a strong foundation of information management and commitment to client satisfaction while progressing through progressive levels of responsibility within operations, consulting and business development.

Paul is a 1990 graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Minor in Communication Studies.

Paul has been practicing Agile and Scrum Principles since 2005, having earned the designation of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance under Jeff Sutherland, the inventor of Scrum. In addition, Paul is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Daniel H. Sloan, Managing PartnerDaniel heads Madison Henry’s Enterprise Software Strategy & Implementation Practice with nearly 20 years of experience assisting organizations with developing and executing enterprise software strategy through project delivery, professional development and process improvement following Scrum Principles. Madison Henry clients include global leaders within financial services & insurance, media & entertainment, software and nonprofit industries.

Prior to co-founding Madison Henry in 2005, Daniel helped build a $25 million consulting practice with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner while earning numerous client and partner satisfaction honors, including Microsoft’s Southeast Partner of the Year. During his time there, Daniel applied expertise on Microsoft technologies and Agile Principles to successfully complete numerous enterprise software engagements while leveraging and developing client staff.

A 1992 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Daniel began his career with IBM, where he developed a solid background in software architecture, design and development.

Daniel has been practicing Agile and Scrum Principles since 2004, having earned the designations of Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance. In addition, he received his Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) designation through the Scrum Alliance under Jeff Sutherland, the inventor of Scrum.
